Terms and conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users (collectively, "User" or "Users") of the Agent No Wager website and platform (the "Platform"). By accessing and using the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a personal account created by User for access to the Platform.
• "Agent No Wager" or "we" refers to Cerberlot N.V., the operator of the Platform.
• "Curaçao License" means the license granted to Agent No Wager under the laws and regulations of Curaçao.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms. If User does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must immediately cease use of the Platform.

AGE AND GAMBLING RESPONSIBILITY

User represents and warrants that they are at least 18 years old and are fully capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. User acknowledges that Agent No Wager is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment and may limit or restrict access to certain services or features if User demonstrates reckless or irresponsible behavior.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To register an Account, User must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information as requested by the Platform. Failure to do so shall be considered a material breach of these Terms.

USER OBLIGATIONS

User agrees to:

• Use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules.
• Provide true and accurate information when using the Platform.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their Account login credentials.
• Notify Agent No Wager promptly if they suspect unauthorized access or use of their Account.

USE OF THE PLATFORM

User acknowledges that the Platform is designed to provide entertainment services, including gaming and betting opportunities. User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms and shall not engage in any behavior that would breach applicable laws, regulations, or rules.

PAYMENT TERMS

Agent No Wager accepts various payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. User acknowledges that all transactions are subject to the terms and conditions of their chosen payment method and Agent No Wager's policies regarding payments.

REFUNDS AND CREDITS

User understands that refunds and credits may be issued in accordance with these Terms, but such decisions shall be at the sole discretion of Agent No Wager.

GAMBLING PROBLEM HELP

Agent No Wager is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. User acknowledges that if they experience any problems related to gambling or believe someone else may have a problem, they should contact Gamcare (Gamble Aware) for support and guidance.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS

Agent No Wager reserves the right to terminate access to the Platform at its sole discretion. User acknowledges that Agent No Wager may limit or restrict access if User breaches these Terms or engages in any behavior that would compromise the integrity of the Platform.

MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Agent No Wager reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice to User. User agrees to review these Terms regularly and acknowledges their continued use of the Platform shall constitute acceptance of any changes made.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of Curaçao.

LANGUAGE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of any dispute, User acknowledges that English is the primary language of communication and agrees to resolve such disputes through written correspondence in English.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Agent No Wager and User with respect to access to and use of the Platform.

WAIVER

Any waiver by Agent No Wager of any breach or failure to comply with these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or failure to comply.

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms may be amended at any time, and User agrees to review them regularly for changes.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Curaçao law and regulations govern these Terms. Any disputes arising from or related to the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Curaçao's Arbitration Rules.

FORCE MAJEURE

Agent No Wager may suspend access to the Platform during unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to power outages, network failures, and natural disasters.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and Agent No Wager with respect to access to and use of the Platform. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

By using the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
